Chez Vickys was inspired by our grandmother, the late Victoria Elizabeth Garrick affectionately known as Vicky who was born and raised in Jamaica W.I.

She channelled her love for Jamaican culture through her cooking and baking. Creating unique recipes that she has passed down to us; her grandchildren; Jennifer, Melissa, Sarah and Jessica.

Determined to keep her memory and traditions alive, we endeavour to share our Grandmother's legacy through Chez Vickys.
